TPA Valuation & Advisory s.r.o. was the financial advisor of DAIHO CZECH s.r.o., which sold 100% business share in the company DAIHO Schenk s.r.o. (manufacturing and selling plastic processed products for automotive, Liberec, Czech Republic) to the company Reinert Plastics GmbH (manufacturing and selling plastic processed products, Mönchengladbach, Germany).
Legal advisory to DAIHO CZECH s.r.o. was provided by Schönherr. The target company became a member of international group AUNDE GROUP (automotive – interiors).
