Founded in the Czech Republic in 1993, the company is now one of the leading specialists in tax, accounting and auditing, valuation and corporate finance services in the Czech market. TPA Group is a successful player in Central and Southeast Europe.<\/p>

Company in the Czech Republic and abroad<\/h4>

TPA is one of the leading companies in tax and auditing in the Czech Republic. Our clients are cared for by more than 230 employees in our offices in Prague and Opava.<\/p>

Outside the Czech Republic, TPA Group operates in other countries of Central and Southeast Europe, in Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia. <\/p>

Services<\/h4>

In the Czech Republic, TPA provides services in tax consulting, auditing, bookkeeping and payroll, as well as valuation services, corporate advisory and corporate finance. The company philosophy is \u201cFace to Face Business\u201d. Using a specific way of thinking and acting, the TPA staff are as close as possible to their clients. Their work is characterized by high professionalism, excellent know-how and understanding of clients\u2019 business sectors.<\/p>

TPA Group \u2013 regional roots \u2013 global network<\/h4>

TPA Group is an independent member of Baker Tilly Europe Alliance, providing its clients with services of a worldwide network of tax advisers, auditors and consultants.<\/p>

Thanks to the connection to Baker Tilly International, all 12 countries of TPA Group are perfectly globally interconnected, which means that TPA staff will be able to continue to provide high-quality services in all the major business centres of the world.<\/p>

History of TPA in the Czech Republic<\/h4>

TPA has been providing its services in the Czech Republic since 1993, when NOTIA AUDIT, spol. s.r.o., was founded. An important date for us was the year 1999, when we became part of TPA Group through the establishment of a joint venture with the Austrian company TPA. TPA Group now provides services in twelve countries.<\/p>

As a result of membership in the Crowe Horwath International advisory network, we have used the TPA Horwath brand since 2005.<\/p>
