Jiří Hlaváč is a specialist in appraisal, structuring transactions, due diligence, merger projects and restructuring. He lectures externally at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Prague and cooperates with several education agencies and publishes in professional publications. He is prizewinner of the Award in Tax Advisor and Tax company of the year in the category: the Dream Tax office in 2012.
